Ramon Miller was born and raised in Nassau, Bahamas. He attended DSU from 2006-2010 which he earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and a minor in coaching. Ramon Miller is one of the most decorated athletes in NAIA track & field history. Miller won multiple national titles in the 200m dash and 400m dash, and he was the NAIA national record holder in the 400m dash. Ramon also won multiple national titles in 4x400m and 4x100m relay. In 2009, Ramon was named the NAIA most outstanding track & field athlete. At the 2012 Olympic Games, Miller won an Olympic Gold medal when he anchored the Bahamas 4x400m national team. Ramon is currently the head coach of unique athletes track club and a full-time police officer in the Bahamas where he is the lead physical and firearm instructor for the Police Training College. He is married to Cindy Miller of 7 years and they have two children.
