Mr. Vorhees became the youngest Teacher Madness Champion in 2021. In his first full year as a teacher, Vorhees was able to defeat Mr. Souligne, Mr. Cornelius, and Miss Rawles en route to claiming the title. Along the way, Vorhees established several records for social media votes that remain to this day including a whopping 578 Facebook votes in the finals.

"Winning Teacher Madness in my first full year as a teacher at CC was an incredibly fun experience," said Vorhees. "I appreciate the immense amount of support that I've received since becoming a part of the Knight family in 2020. Thank you to the students & teachers that supported me through the tournament, along with those that continue to support me each day! Go, Knights!"

In 2023, Mr. Vorhees left the classroom and joined the Student Services Department.

Mr. Vorhees left Central Catholic in March 2026.
