Dave Dangler (LBCC Head Baseball Coach)- While the Head Baseball Coach at Linn-Benton Community College, Dave Dangler won OCCAA baseball titles in 1978, 1980, 1983, and his 1977, 1979, 1981, and 1982 teams finished as runner ups. In his seven-year span at LBCC, his teams won 214 games and had a winning percentage of .718. Dangler also coached women's basketball at Linn-Benton where he led the Road Runners to the OCCAA 1980-1981 championship. They were ranked #3 nationally by the Associated Press. Their record of 28-2 is still the best in school history.
