Terry McLaughlin (ChCC Head Volleyball Coach) - Terry McLaughlin spent 16 years as the Head Volleyball Coach of the Chemeketa Community College volleyball team. Under his leadership, the Storm won five league titles and finished in the top two of the southern region 11 times. His teams qualified for the NWAC championship tournament 13 of 16 seasons. The Storm placed in the top four of the NWAC championships 9 out of 13 times. ChCC Volleyball won three NWAC championships and had three seasons of at least 50 wins. In 2008, the Chemeketa Storm went 50-0 and that record still stands. Upon his retirement, McLaughlin won 574 matches, has a winning percentage of 75%, and has won numerous coach of the year honors.
