Don Waugaman was a two-time first team Offensive All-PAC selection in 1968 and 1969. He led the Bison line to 5.9 yards per carry in the 1968 season, which currently ranks fifth all time. In 1969, the Bison rushed for 5.6 yards per carry under Waugaman’s leadership on the O-line. 

Waugaman is currently on the Bethany College Board of Trustees while serving as the Vice President, Charlotte Pipe and Foundry in Plano, Texas
