CHARACTER DRIVEN | GROWTH MINDSET | WINNING CULTURE
In our Athletic Conditioning program, we recognize that speed adaptations are the single greatest priority and the cornerstone for developing successful high school athletes. While we utilize weight training as a vital supplement, its primary role is to support and enhance the foundational skills learned within each athletic program's specific practices, not to replace them. Our comprehensive approach, which includes targeted speed training, is designed to create athletes who are faster and more explosive on the field, court, or track. Furthermore, we intentionally incorporate plyometrics into our regimen to dramatically improve an athlete's reactivity—their ability to rapidly absorb and generate force. This focus on speed ensures our athletes not only build physical strength but also develop the essential athletic traits required to truly dominate their sport, equipping them for success now and at the next level.
Sprinting is the single greatest full-body training stimulus there is. We don't sprint all athletes because it's "sport specific". We sprint all athletes to expose them to a stimulus they can't get anywhere else.”
