Kyndall Elliot
Kyndall Elliot earned All-Northwest Conference honors in the javelin after a strong and consistent season for the Cubs. Elliot recorded top-two finishes in six meets and set a personal-best throw of 113'3" at the WWU Viking Invitational. Her steady performances throughout the spring made her one of the conference's top throwers and a key contributor to Sedro-Woolley’s success.
Lyla Self
Lyla Self earned All-Northwest Conference honors in the 100 meters after establishing herself as one of the area's premier sprinters. Self won seven races during the season, captured both the Skagit County and Northwest Conference titles, and lowered her personal-best to 12.19 seconds at the District Championships. She finished her season with the 100 meter record for the school and Skagit County!
Jordan Janicki
Jordan Janicki earned All-Northwest Conference honors in the pole vault after a dominant season that saw him consistently rank among the area’s best vaulters. Janicki won six meets, including Skagit County and Northwest Conference championships, and cleared a personal-best 14'0" during the regular season. He capped off his year by qualifying for the state championships, representing the Cubs on Washington’s biggest stage.
Ethan DeJong
Ethan DeJong earned All-Northwest Conference honors in both the 110-meter and 300-meter hurdles after a standout season as one of the conference’s most consistent performers. DeJong won Northwest Conference titles in both events and posted personal bests of 14.67 in the 110 hurdles and 39.29 in the 300 hurdles.
His success carried through the postseason, where he earned podium finishes at the state championships, placing fourth in the 110-meter hurdles and eighth in the 300-meter hurdles. DeJong’s versatility, work ethic, and ability to perform in big moments made him one of the Cubs’ top athletes throughout the season.
