Riley Friebel capped off an outstanding high school golf career by earning First Team All-Northwest Conference honors, further solidifying his place among the top golfers in program history. Friebel's exceptional season included a runner-up finish at the District 1 Tournament, earning him a trip to the state championships where he placed 23rd overall against Washington's best competitors.

Since arriving at Sedro-Woolley, Friebel has consistently been the Cubs' top golfer, setting the standard for excellence through his dedication, work ethic, and performance on the course. His leadership and steady play helped elevate the program and provided a model for younger golfers to follow.
