EVANS NAMED TO ALL-AMERICAN GAME
Sedro-Woolley Athletics is proud to announce that Junior shortstop Reagan Evans earned one of the highest honors in youth softball by being selected to the Junior Team for the Premier Girls Fastpitch All-American Game. The prestigious event brings together many of the top high school players from across the country, recognizing athletes who have distinguished themselves through their performance, skill, and impact on the game. Evans' selection reflects the outstanding season she put together for Sedro-Woolley and further establishes her as one of the premier players in the Pacific Northwest! #CubStrong
Reagan during regular season:
Reagan stepped up in game-changing moments such as vs. Burlington's 1-0 win, and provided a spark for our team as the team leading HR hitter. .579 AVG (.473 overall), .646 OBP (.538) going 22-38 (30-59) with 7 (9) doubles, 1 triple, and 6 (9) HRs. 32 (37 team leading) RBI with 33 (37) runs scored and 7 Stolen bases.
Reagan at Districts:
Reagan Evans was one of Sedro-Woolley’s top offensive performers during the District Tournament, helping lead the Cubs to three consecutive run-rule victories and a district championship. She drove in three runs against Meadowdale, went 3-for-4 with a double and three RBI in the semifinal win over Shorewood, and added two more hits in the championship game against Everett. Across the tournament, Evans consistently delivered in key moments, providing a major spark for a Cubs offense that outscored opponents 32-0 while capturing the district title.
Reagan at State:
Reagan Evans played a key role in Sedro-Woolley’s run to the Class 3A State Championship game, contributing offensively throughout the tournament. In the quarterfinal victory over Inglemoor, she delivered an RBI double as the Cubs continued their dominant postseason surge. Evans followed that performance in the state semifinals by launching a home run in a 10-0 win over Roosevelt, helping power Sedro-Woolley into the championship game. Her timely extra-base hits and run production provided an important spark for an offense that scored 63 runs during the Cubs' remarkable run to a state runner-up finish.
