BASEBALL RACKING UP ALL-CONFERENCE AND SENIOR GAME HONORS

Sedro-Woolley was well represented at the Northwest Senior Feeder Game held June 3 at Sehome High School, with five Cubs selected to participate in the showcase. The event highlighted some of the top senior baseball players from around the region, and Bryson Friedrichs, Ryder Arellano, Trey Gardner, Lane Guffie, and Jacob Martin each earned the opportunity through their outstanding contributions during the 2026 season. Their selections reflect both individual success and the strength of the Cubs' program.

The group brought an impressive collection of accomplishments to the all-star event. Friedrichs posted a stellar 1.60 ERA, while Gardner added a 2.33 ERA with 37 strikeouts over 39 innings. Guffie led the Cubs offensively with a .362 batting average, 11 doubles, and a .586 slugging percentage. Martin was a catalyst on the bases, stealing 15 bags and scoring 19 runs, while Arellano showcased his versatility with 12 RBI, 15 runs scored, and 8 stolen bases.

Bryson Friedrichs (Senior Game & Honorable Mention All-Conference)

Bryson Friedrichs was dominant on the mound for the Cubs, posting a 1.60 ERA across 35 innings of work. He paired that with a 1.28 WHIP and 30 strikeouts, serving as a dependable presence and helping lead Sedro-Woolley's pitching staff throughout the year.

Ryder Arellano (Senior Game & Honorable Mention All-Conference)

Ryder Arellano impacted the game in a variety of ways, posting a .254/.436/.339 slash line while collecting three doubles, a triple, 12 RBI, and 15 runs scored. His ability to reach base and create pressure on the bases, where he added 8 stolen bases, made him a valuable contributor for the Cubs.

Trey Gardner (Senior Game & Honorable Mention All-Conference)

Trey Gardner emerged as one of Sedro-Woolley's most reliable arms, logging 39 innings with a 2.33 ERA and 1.20 WHIP. He struck out 37 hitters while consistently giving the Cubs quality innings in key situations throughout the season.

Lane Guffie (Senior Game & 1st Team All-Conference)

Lane Guffie was one of Sedro-Woolley's most consistent offensive threats this season, slashing .362/.486/.586 while leading the Cubs with 11 doubles and adding a triple. He drove in 15 runs, scored 18 times, and stole 9 bases, combining power, speed, and on-base ability at the top of the lineup.

Jacob Martin (Senior Game & Honorable Mention All-Conference)

Jacob Martin provided a spark offensively and on the bases, hitting .338/.479/.446 with six doubles. He crossed the plate 19 times and swiped 15 bases, consistently creating scoring opportunities while serving as a key catalyst in the Cubs' lineup.

Colby Silvis (Honorable Mention All-Conference)

Colby Silvis delivered timely production throughout the season, batting .333/.429/.378. He drove in 14 runs, scored 14 runs, and stole 7 bases, providing steady offensive contributions and helping anchor the Cubs' lineup.

Treysen Plymale (Honorable Mention All-Conference)

Treysen Plymale was a cornerstone for the Cubs both offensively and defensively. He hit .297/.403/.359 with four doubles, 12 RBI, 10 runs scored, and 13 stolen bases. Behind the plate, Plymale caught 124 of the team's 128 innings, providing invaluable leadership and durability while handling the pitching staff throughout the season.
