Sedro-Woolley Football made history Friday night, defeating 4A Arlington 35–14 for the second consecutive year while becoming the first team to play on the new Cub Stadium turf. Even with the stadium still surrounded by construction, the Cub Family showed up in a big way, creating an incredible atmosphere for the team, cheerleaders and band.

Kolyn Rochester led the offense, completing 11 of 14 passes for 125 yards and two touchdowns while adding a rushing touchdown. Tyler Holt powered the ground game with 106 yards and a touchdown on 18 carries. Briley Eastwood had four catches for 74 yards and a touchdown, while Mali Dorsey added a touchdown reception. Defensively, Andersen Turcious recorded a strip sack and Eastwood added five tackles. Hendry was perfect on the night, going 5-for-5 on PATs. It was a memorable night for Woolley High.
