George Reese

George Reese was employed by NASA as an Attorney-Advisor and eventually a Senior Attorney before accepting employment as the Associate General Counsel for General Law.  He then became Deputy General Counsel, prior to becoming Head of NASA’s Office of Equal Opportunity Programs in 1997.

His outstanding dedication led NASA to appoint him as one of their representatives and United States Delegate to the Legal Subcommittee of the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space.  George tirelessly worked with the U.S. Department of Education’s White House Initiatives Office for Historically Black Colleges and Universities to improve education.
