Ms. Faith Daniels’ national television broadcast career began in May 1985 when Daniels joined CBS News as the anchor of The CBS Morning News. At the age of 28, she was one of the youngest network news anchors. Soon Faith became the anchor of CBS This Morning, CBS Sunday Morning, and 48-Hours, for which she won a national Emmy Award.
As a pioneer in the field of journalism, she later anchored the NBC’s Today Show and News at Sunrise. Faith Daniels was also the first journalist to host her own nationally syndicated daily talk show, A Closer Look, before she moved to Dateline.
