Elizabeth Wild is the epitome of a Hiller. She was the valedictorian of the Class of 1996. She was president of the Spanish Club, captain of the Math League, Editor-in-Chief of the Literary Journal, a member of the debate team as well as captain of the girls’ basketball and softball teams.
Wild was The University of Notre Dame Class of 2000 valedictorian and graduated with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She was an analyst at the prestigious McKinsey & Company Firm and was hired as Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer for UPMC Hillman Cancer Center at age 26. Wild was part of the team that established UPMC’s first international cancer center in Ireland. She then became the Executive Vice-President for Strategy and Operations at the Cancer Treatment Services International. She led the planning for a network of cancer hospitals in India, providing them with state-of-the-art care. Wild returned to UPMC in 2016 as Senior Vice-President of UPMC Hillman Cancer Center and in 2021 was named President of the UPMC Hillman Cancer Center.
Elizabeth volunteers for The United Way’s Tocqueville Society and the Women’s Leadership Council. She is actively involved in Washington’s John F. Kennedy Catholic School as a coach.
