A member of the class of 2002 at Trinity, Damon “DJ” Faldowski was a three-year letterman in both football and baseball, serving as senior captain of the baseball team that captured the 2002 WPIAL section championship. He was a member of the National Honor Society, Sports Editor of the yearbook, voted “Most Active” by his classmates, and his debate team qualified for the State Finals.
The events of September 11, 2001, inspired Faldowski to attend the United States Naval Academy, where he played baseball and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics in 2006. He then served nine years as a U.S. Navy officer and SEAL, completing two combat tours in Iraq. Following his service, Faldowski pursued graduate studies at two of the nation’s most prestigious institutions, earning his MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and his MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School, where he was recognized as a Pat Tillman Scholar.
Professionally, Faldowski has built a distinguished career in business and leadership. He has served in roles with EnCap Energy Transition, Roundtable Investment Partners, and Truvvo Partners, before advancing to Program Manager at SERVPRO. From there, he became Vice President and now serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at Legence, a national sustainability company. Since 2019, he has also been appointed a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a highly selective honor. In addition, he has served since 2014 as Director of Operations for Legacies Alive, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting Gold Star Families.
